Park Road - Katikati, Western Bay of Plenty

An emerging community is underway, and the demand continues to grow for the well-positioned town of Katikati.

Park Road is an acquisition undertaken after seeing the demand for our project Highfields Crossing. Previously lifestyle blocks, the benefits for residents of this future community include location, proximity to Tauranga and Auckland, future-transport upgrades and the lifestyle benefits of the surrounding harbour and reserve area.

Currently, the project is in the planning phase and will consist of standalone homes, duplexes and two-storey townhouses. We are working with the local council to understand the area’s requirements, alongside archaeologists to consider the history of the land.
