Norfolk Rise – Brookefield, Bay of Plenty

This inner-city community brings together medium-density housing just five minutes’ drive from central Tauranga.

The unique site has a large landholding in Brookfield, creating an opportunity to build townhouses and homes close to the CBD. The project has the benefit of an existing, well-established neighbourhood and is offered at an affordable price point for first home buyers and investors alike.

Norfolk Rise overlooks a native planted reserve, which takes up one-third of the site, intended to be enjoyed by all residents. The project’s main road, Cheese Factory Lane, is also a nod to the 1883 cheese factory that once resided in the area.

When complete, the project will include a total of 60 homes that will form a thriving hub. Working alongside Abron Group, stage one is completed and included 30 affordable homes on Stable and Bridal Way, with three and four bedrooms. 

Stage two and three will deliver 30 townhouses. Construction for stage two has now commenced.
