Highfields Crossing - Katikati, Western Bay of Plenty

An emerging community is contouring the landscape and offering expansive views to the Kaimai Ranges while overlooking the Uretera stream.

Just a short walk to Katikati’s township, Highfields Crossing looks to provide homes for retirees and families who want to escape the city life, while only 40 minutes from Tauranga and less than two hours from Auckland.

Originally four hectares of unutilised land with an adjoining stream, it was able to be repurposed to create affordable homes in a growing community that is close to Waihi Beach. In time, it will also become further connected to cities north and south as road upgrades improve. 

Working alongside Abron Group, we created a variety of sections, ranging from 350sqm to 800sqm. Stage one featured 30 affordable homes, which are all now complete and sold. 

Stage two house and land packages are now available but are limited. Stage three is currently under construction with titles due in 2022.
