We’re creating more quality, cost-effective homes in Omokoroa after high demand. 

We repurposed a neighbouring farming section to The Reserve to create 45 homes, each on roughly 400sqm sections. Working alongside Abron Group, the houses are low maintenance by design and affordable when compared to the growing area. Each has three or four bedrooms to house first homeowners, young families and retirees alike.

The once-rural holiday village that is a 25-minute drive to Tauranga’s CBD has transformed become a flourishing commuter town. Bordering the Omokoroa sports reserve, a tennis court, and views to the north, our project is within walking distance to the local shops, primary schools, and golf course.
