The Reserve - Omokoroa, Bay of Plenty

What had long been an old family homestead that spanned one acre was an opportunity to provide quality, cost-effective homes in Omokoroa. 

We repurposed the section to create 25 homes on roughly 400sqm sections. The houses are low maintenance by design, affordable when compared to the growing area, and have three or four bedrooms to house first homeowners and retirees alike.

The once-rural holiday village 25-minutes’ drive to Tauranga CBD has transformed into a flourishing commuter town. Bordering the Omokoroa sports reserve, our project sits on a quiet cul-de-sac within walking distance to the local shops and primary schools, which makes it especially popular for young families. 

Majority of The Reserve’s homes sold before construction, proving the value, location and home specifications met a need for the expanding Western Bay of Plenty district. The Reserve delivered investors a 25% rate of return over the two-year project.
