Being an end-to-end residential developer means that at any given time we have homes available in the design stage, as consented plans, under construction or recently completed. Whether you’re looking for your first home, a place to settle into for the long run, or an investment property, our team are experts at helping find the right one to call your own.

House & land packages – Within each Lighthouse project we offer a range of sections and design plans to choose from. Our clients also have the opportunity to make our houses their own by adding personal touches prior to completion, whether it be switching up a home’s floorplan, carpet colours or the landscaping.
Building finance – Lighthouse Group offer finance to fund your build. A 10% deposit is required up front, with the balance due when the house receives code of compliance and the keys are in your hand.
Design & build opportunities – We offer a design and build service for those that are seeking an exclusive home with unique architectural elements.
